Delivery Options
We deliver orders throughout Estonia using the following services:

Parcel machines — Omniva, SmartPost, DPD parcel machines across Estonia. Typical delivery: 1–2 business days.
🚚
Courier delivery — DPD and Venipak courier services deliver to your door. Typical delivery: 1–3 business days.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the selected method and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times start from the moment payment is confirmed.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping cost depends on the method you choose and is calculated at checkout. Free shipping within Estonia on orders over €45.

Door-to-door courier (DPD, Venipak) and parcel-locker delivery via Omniva, SmartPost and DPD across Estonia.

Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Email [email protected] to start a return.
Do you ship outside Estonia?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries including Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on region.
