Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the emmebi.ee online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
The online store emmebi.ee is operated by HairFresh OÜ (registry code 16689423, VAT number EE102593512), located at Laada 41, 44314 Rakvere, Estonia (hereinafter "Seller"). The Buyer is any natural or legal person who places an order through emmebi.ee. These terms govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer. In addition to these terms, relations between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Prices and Product Information
All prices in the online store are in euros and include 20% VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. An order confirmation constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Orders can be placed 24/7. If the Seller is unable to fulfil the order, the Buyer will be notified and any payments made will be refunded.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by bank transfer via Montonio or by bank card (Visa, Mastercard). Bank transfers are processed through the Montonio payment gateway. The Buyer is redirected to their bank's environment to complete the payment. Payment must be completed immediately upon placing the order.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered within Estonia via parcel machines and couriers (DPD, Omniva, SmartPost, Venipak). Delivery times are typically 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery costs depend on the selected method and are displayed at checkout. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by sending an email to [email protected]. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the product. The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Warranty and Complaints
All products sold in the online store have a warranty as provided by law. If a product has a defect, the Buyer must contact the Seller at [email protected] within 2 months of discovering the defect. The Seller will repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price.
8. Liability
The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products. The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee (https://komisjon.ee). The supervisory authority is the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (https://ttja.ee).
