Your tier is reviewed monthly, based on paid-order turnover for the previous month. An upgrade applies as soon as you reach the threshold. A downgrade applies only after two consecutive months below the threshold — one slow month never costs the tier. There is no minimum to join at Bronze.

Tier pricing is your standing partner rate. Seasonal campaigns and personal deals are agreed separately, on top of it.
Start at Bronze — there is no hard minimum to join. You grow into higher tiers as your orders build up.

On the 1st of every month we total your paid-order turnover for the month just ended. If it reached the next tier's threshold, your tier goes up immediately. If it's been below your current tier's threshold for two months in a row, your tier goes down. We always email you when it changes, with the turnover and your new discount.
