How to Use
In a non-metallic bowl, mix 1 part powder (25 g) with 2 parts (50 ml) of Deco Oxy Blue. Dilution ratio 1:2. Mix until a smooth cream is formed and apply to dry, unwashed hair. Leave the product on for 20 to 45 minutes. Check the lightening progress regularly. Once the desired result has been achieved, rinse thoroughly and shampoo gently to remove all residue.
